Here it is November already. Kids and college students are off to school
and we at ABC Health Solutions are getting ready for another great fall
season. We are much better prepared this year then we were last year when
some of you had to wait two maybe three weeks for delivery. We have added
two new items, the cap for migraines and a wrist wrap in two lengths. Check

Farabloc and some stories that are almost unbelievable -- such as help with carpel
tunnel pain and wrist soreness. We have also been told our study on Fibromyalgia
will soon be released and we will publish it here in the newsletter. They are
even using the cover on babies with colic in a hospital. We will keep you posted.
Boy, I wish we had this material available when we walked the floor for three months
with our granddaughter.

Remember the important thing is to use it as much as you can "never leave
home without it". The more I study and read about all the High Frequency
Electrical waves in the air, the more I appreciate being protected from them
as I sleep.
We are still working on something for the shoulder, a vest for lower back
pain and an apron type item that we can wear when we spend long hours in
front of the computer or TV. I recently read an article in a magazine that
said 70% of lower back pain was caused by dehydration. Yep! It said if we
would drink more water, we would have less back pain. Most water is full of
chlorine and fluoride both are poison so it stands to reason that we should
drink filtered water. Anyway it is so simple it is worth a try.

We are having great success with our limb covers for Phantom Pain that often
accompanies amputation. One such client has written, "After 11 years of
constant pain I am now 90% pain free". If you know of someone that is
suffering, this product would make a great gift. Fall is in the air and
Crystal Mountain Ski Area near Seattle has already opened. I hope this is
not a sign of lots of snow for our area. We just don't know how to deal
